The grapes are harvested manually in boxes and subjected to a short maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature to extract color and aromas. Pale pink color with cherry nuances. Notes of fresh red fruits accompanied by floral hints and a touch of Mediterranean scrub. Dry, savory and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that gives balance and a persistent and harmonious finish

Ideal with appetizers based on fresh cured meats and cheeses, first courses with light sauces, white meats and tasty fish dishes. Also perfect with Mediterranean cuisine and spicy dishes.
