PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE
The grapes are harvested manually in small crates and undergo a brief maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature to extract color and aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal integrity. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months before bottling.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
- Color: Pale pink with cherry-like shades.
- Aroma: Notes of fresh red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by floral hints of dog rose and a touch of Mediterranean scrub.
- Taste: Dry, savory, and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that gives balance and a persistent and harmonious finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with appetizers of cured meats and fresh cheeses, light pasta dishes, white meats, and flavorful fish dishes. Perfect also with Mediterranean cuisine and spicy dishes.
